Kapishwar Vaidik Gurukul
Kapishwar Vaidik Gurukul, established under the aegis of the Hanumant Ashraya Religious and Educational Trust (H.A.R.E. Trust), is dedicated to promoting Vaidik education and preserving the rich heritage of Sanatan culture. Situated in the heart of Lucknow, near the peaceful banks of the River Gomti, the Gurukul provides a serene, green environment ideal for learning and spiritual growth.
Kapishwar Vaidik Gurukul was founded by Dr. Vivek Tangri, fondly known as Guru Ji, with a visionary goal of integrating the timeless wisdom of the Vaidik tradition with the needs of modern education. His life’s mission is to build a meaningful bridge between our ancient cultural heritage and contemporary academic learning, enabling students to grow with a strong foundation in both spiritual values and modern knowledge.
The Gurukul is a residential educational campus offering holistic schooling from Class 6 to 12 (covering Prathama, Poorva Madhyama, and Prakshastri levels). In addition to school education, the Gurukul also offers Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma programs in specialized fields, empowering students with career-oriented skills and a deeper understanding of Indian knowledge systems.
Through this approach, Kapishwar Vaidik Gurukul nurtures well-rounded individuals who are equipped to contribute positively to society while remaining rooted in their cultural identity.
About Dr Vivek Tangri
(GURU JI)
Dr. Vivek Tangri, a modern spiritual mentor hailing from Lucknow, India, offers a refreshing perspective on devotion to the divine. Raised and educated in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, Dr. Tangri's childhood inclination towards spirituality paved the way for his deep engagement with scriptures such as Ram Charitra Manas and Shrimad Bhagwat. Since 2001, he has been delivering enlightening spiritual discourses focused on 'Personality Development through Lord Hanuman's Idealism'. As a devout follower of Lord Hanuman, Dr. Tangri finds solace and strength in spirituality, advocating for the multifaceted dimensions of Dharma as a guiding principle for righteous living and compassionate actions. With a profound understanding of Dharma as Real Karma, he endeavors to disseminate its true essence, encouraging individuals to lead purposeful, selfless lives, and make positive contributions to society.
Dr. Tangri is also an accomplished author with five books to his credit, including three dedicated to exploring Lord Hanuman's management principles. Through his spiritual journey, Dr. Tangri embodies the seamless integration of faith and social responsibility, inspiring others to seek balance and meaning in their own lives. His mission is to elevate both individuals and communities, nurturing a collective consciousness grounded in compassion, empathy, and genuine service to humanity. He is well decorated with several awards and recognitions from various Government and Non Government Platform including prestigious World Record Certificate in making of 151 Painting of Lord Hanuman and writing full Hanuman Chalisa on a Peepal Leaf.
